4. Wait until you are being directed to a new tab that displays package options when you press on the ‘See Package’ menu. Here, you can choose between free ‘Basic Packages’ or premium ‘Business Package’. Select one and then click ‘Continue’.
5. Check the availability of your desired web domain by typing it out on the provided field. If the domain is available, simply add it to your cart.
6. Type in your desired email address on the provided field.
7. Type in your password for the webmail account, and then confirm it by re-typing the password.
8. Choose to use the webmail as your primary electronic mailing server or if you want to redirect it to Gmail service.
9. Choose the additional options of ‘Security Settings’, with available options of ‘Premium Virus Protection’ and ‘Anti-spam’.

3. Click the ‘Forgot Password’ menu.
4. Type in your email address. You may also use your customer ID or domain.
5. Press the option of ‘Request New Password’.
6. Wait until you receive a link to your back-up email address, and click on the link to reset your password.
7. Type in your new password and then confirm it by re-typing the new password.
8. Press the option of ‘Reset Password’.
